Giumri's first boutique hotel, this Art Nouveau treasure has a facade resurrected to its former glory in the "Armenian Belle Epoque" style and inside an appealing blend of old and new world: antiques and architectural details combined with 21st century comforts offer you a wonderful glimpse into Armenia's "second city", located inside the heart of the Historic district.
Giumri's historical district contains 1500 structures dating to the late 18th century, most built into the mid-late 19th century featuring the "Armenian Belle Epoque" style of elegant living that symbolized this city of craftsmen and merchants. A walk through Old Giumri is a walk through an outdoor museum of 19th century life, when the city was the undisputed capital of Armenian culture in the region.
Villa Kars offers pleasant lodging in one of 15 newly renovated rooms of the historic hotel. The complex features a beautiful central courtyard, resurrected along with the original historical structure.

Villa Kars is ready to serve business meetings and professional or personal events in its spacious main room (space enough for up to 70) or outdoors in the courtyard with room for up to 250.
