Shamshadin Honey and Berry Festival

The Shamshadin Honey and Berry festival is a fundamental part of the Tavush development program, an important promotional initiative, and of course, a wonderful experience for all involved. The festival was established in 2012 and is traditionally held in mid-August in the Sorans National Park, in the town of Berd. 
This year’s 8th annual festival will be held on August 10th and 11th in the same place. The events will start at 11:00 am on the 10th. The festival will be accompanied by celebratory songs and dances, and our yearly outdoor jazz concert, called «Jazz on the Border», is scheduled for that same evening at 8:00 pm, featuring the State Jazz Orchestra of Armenia. Jazz concert will be followed by Guitar concert. The second day of the festival will also start at 11:00 am and will feature a variety of activities, and of course, delicious food.
